Given their numerous quantity, diverse equipment, and scattered locations, relying solely on manual management for distribution substation buildings is highly inefficient. Therefore, the intelligentization of distribution station buildings and the realization of real-time online monitoring of the operation status of various equipment in the station building are imperative, and are also important directions for the digital transformation of distribution networks
The architecture of the panoramic digital operation and maintenance system for distribution substation buildings is divided into three layers: the perception layer for information acquisition, the network layer for data transmission and analysis, and the system platform layer for data presentation, operation, and management. The solution features significant stability, convenience, and security.
The construction of it aims to achieve comprehensive perception, early warning, and intelligent control. It comprises five subsystems: thermal hazard monitoring and early warning, equipment monitoring, personnel control, environmental monitoring, and auxiliary interconnection control. These subsystems facilitate station-side monitoring and interconnection, which are then aggregated for unified remote management on a command platform.
lSubsystems and functions
The thermal hazard monitoring and early warning subsystem adopts unique nano particle detection technology, combined with characteristic gas detection and active sampling technology, to achieve early warning of overheating hazards in equipment and materials in the station building, and achieve advanced fire perception.
The monitoring subsystem adopts multiple types of sensors to monitor the operation status of various electrical equipment in the distribution station room in real time, timely detect insulation hot spots, discharge points and other defects, and ensure the healthy operation of equipment in the station room.
The personnel control subsystem can achieve personnel access and on-site behavior control.
The environmental monitoring subsystem can monitor the environmental conditions inside and outside the station building in real time.
The auxiliary control subsystem can set the control logic according to the on-site situation.
