On May 10, 2021 at 17:00, the on-site equipment detected abnormal environmental data and issued an alarm. After verification, it was found that the abnormal event was caused by a large number of nano particles generated by overheating during welding by on-site personnel, which were detected by the equipment and triggered an alarm. The device accurately recorded the abnormal event, fully restored the operating conditions, and promptly sent an alarm message to ensure the normal and safe operation of the corridor.
Our company's electrical insulation hazard monitoring device was installed in the distribution room of a university in Wuhan on October 12, 2020. Since its installation, the device has successfully warned of a safety hazard once zero false alarm.
On January 27, 2021, the equipment detected abnormal environmental data and issued an alarm. our technicians went to the site with the safety hazard inspector to carry out the investigation. During which the on-site equipment issued another warning signal. After verification, it was found that the incident was caused by insulation aging at the wire connection of a certain distribution box, and a partial grounding short circuit in the cable. This device accurately recorded the whole process and promptly issued an alarm, avoiding the occurrence of the accident.
